Return Policy

At MiloMochi, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange as requested.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to offer worldwide shipping, some products have regional restrictions. Please note that Samsung Phone Cases, Apple iPhone 15, and iPhone 16 cannot be shipped to the following locations:
